Blast Room System

this type of abrasive recovery systems, Mechanical Screw Conveyor type recovery arrangement is provided beneath the Blast Room system in H-shape formation, along with the bucket elevator unit. During blasting operation majority of media fall directly into the screw conveyors  and left out media is manually swipe by the operator from floor level upto the screw conveyors. These mechanical screw conveyors transfer media upto the boot of the Bucket elevator, which will automatically transfer media to the Portable abrasive blaster.

Blast room systems are generally ms fabricated, provided with undermentioned accessories or parts :

• MS fabricated room enclosure
• Rubber lining inside the enclosure for protection against abrasive media.
• Main door in 2/4 leaves for job entry & exit. (at one side or both side)
• Illumination for the visibility of the operator for performing blasting operation.
• Media recovery system, for recycling of the fired abrasive media.
• Bucket elevator system for transferring the media from recovery system to media sepration unit.
• Abrasive media separation/cleaning unit.
• Portable abrasive blaster for performing blasting operation.
• Operator’s safety wear, for protection of the operator from abrasive media during operation.
• dust collector for collecting the dust produced during shot blasting operation.
